Before I make this comment, I've got to say it is from my own personal life - before I started writing about workplace safety and road safety. That said, I'll tell you about the time I was a passenger in my own pick-up truck, driving to Bella Coola BC with some locals from the area who had moved to Vancouver. I had a holiday time and was curious to see that part of BC, so we all drove up and they were happy to get back to their families. The switch-back road going into the valley was so beautiful, yet scary - especially when one of the trouble maker drivers pretended the brakes were shot! Scared the crap outta me! And how they laughed and laughed at my reaction. I wrote a blog post about it for my safety blog about recreational driving on resource roads. I just found you on Twitter, after you started following my tweets at @speakinofsafety
